Living Balanced Wellness Center is founded and operated by nationally certified fitness professional and licensed massage therapist, Wendy Kelly. She has been active and certified in the health and fitness industry since 1985 in such areas as Personal Training, Clinical Exercise and Post-Rehab Training, Aerobics, Aqua Aerobics, Spinning, Pilates, Clinical Massage Therapy and Nutritional Counseling. She also holds several titles in competitive aerobics and was an instructor for the American Counsel on Exercise. She has been a presenter for fitness and wellness conventions and has completed over 1200 hours of continuing education in such areas as nutritional counseling, pre-nata/postpartum exercise and massage, infant massage, eating disorders, clinical exercise training, special populations, cancer care, clinical massage therapy, children's fitness, and more. She has worked and mentored with Licensed Physical Therapist and Certified Strength and Conditioning Specialist, Chris Gellert since 2003 and has been involved as an editor to his comprehensive course, “Synergy of Human Movement”.  She has owned and operated health and wellness operations since 1990 in California, Texas, New York and New Jersey and has worked with clients ranging from the ages of 9-96. She is also an honors graduate from the Academy of Massage Therapy in Clinical Massage Therapy, Pre-Natal and Postpartum massage, Thai massage, Shiatsu and Reflexology.    She is also a birth and postpartum doula and is certified in infant massage.  Wendy has worked on a referral basis with many local orthopedists, chiropractors and physical therapist.
