A member of the American Massage Therapy Association, I have been practicing massage therapy since 1992. My work is based on the philosophy of the body's ability to heal itself with massage being one of the paths to restore health and wellness. My techniques include relaxation, deep tissue, reflexology, trigger point, hot stone and also massage for the elderly. My approach to massage therapy is practical and focused while also being sensitive to the individual needs of clients.
