By offering therapeutic massage and specialized services like CBD Massage, Hot Stone Massage, Cupping Therapy and Raindrop Essential Oil Massage I help clients relax and find relief from stress, pain, discomfort and illness.


I  truly believe healing begins when we pause and listen to our bodies.  Life can often keep us too busy to even consider taking time out for ourselves.  When we do choose to put ourselves first that time should benefit us the most. Massage works to calm the nervous system and interrupt the stress cycle which helps boost immunity, improve body awareness and facilitate healing on every level.

She was incredible. And Im talking beyond being friendly and helpful- I came in unable to move my neck and right arm and she actively listened to what was going on before attempting work- and I loved that she was not afraid to try a different methods to help the knot break up. She was communicative and worked hard to ensure my comfort was her top priority. She wanted to make sure I knew I could be open and honest about how I was feeling painwise, and comfort wise.
