Her spiritual coaching  and classes work explore the themes of developing consciousness, building intuition & self-awareness, living with the seasons and finding integrity in every moment.

 
Joanie is certified as an Ayurvedic health counselor, massage therapist and yoga instructor, and trained in spiritual mentoring & health coaching. She studied with many talented teachers including Dr. Paul Dugliss, MD, Dr. Vasant Lad and Dawn Mulheron.
 
Joanie also loves to dance, connect with fellow humans, cook and play barefoot in the woods (or on a snowboard!)
