Elsa is a certified massage therapist and myofascial practitioner who loves to encourage people to connect with their bodies. Elsa believes massage therapy
goes beyond relieving physical manifestations of pain and her work focuses on releasing and observing emotional holding patterns within the deep structures of the body. Energy work and massage techniques are intentionally blended together to support each client individually.

Elsa integrates the following techniques into her sessions:

● Myofascial Release
● Swedish & Deep Tissue Massage
● Thai & Shiatsu
● Reiki Energy Work

Elsa attended the Wellness Massage Institute in St. Albans and practices myofascial release under the lineage of Howard Rontal. She is grateful for the
continued guidance and support of her teacher Dawn Mulheron. Elsa also holds a Master of Letters in Linguistics from the University of Stirling in Scotland.

 

Outside the office Elsa can be found exploring in the woods, playing with one of her many four legged friends, or skiing as fast as she can.
