Hello! My name is Angella Hoglund, I have been a Licensed Massage Therapist for 9+ years and the proud owner of Indigo Massage & Bodywork for the past 3 years! In 2014 I earned my Associates Degree in Massage Therapy in Minnesota where I was fortunate enough to learn a variety of massage techniques such as Deep Tissue, Prenatal, Myofascial Release, Thai, CranioSacral Therapy, Trigger Point Therapy, Sports Massage, Clinical Massage, and Spa Massage. Since college I have gone on to receive certification in Cupping Massage, Reflexology Level I, Reiki level I & II, and as of 2020 I added a 200-hour Yoga Teacher Certification. I have a genuine passion to support others on their personal journey to finding ease and balance in their body, as well as continuing my own journey to gain knowledge to better support them. I believe that positive thoughts and connections can elevate our human experience and propel us on our journey to wellness!
