Hello, i am a Licensed Massage Therapist at Mellow Out Massage Therapy in Hayneville, Al. I’m from Lowndes County Alabama. I currently serve in the United States Air Force. I’ve always had a heart to serve my country and have been doing so for the last 18 years. Now, I’m continuing my service in a different field. I absolutely love being a Massage Therapist!! Kim is great! She is professional and an expert with her craft. I had been in severe pain for weeks surviving on ibuprofen every day. My sciatica flared up as well as upper body pain in shoulders, neck and headaches. Kim had my body feeling rejuvenated within minutes of the massage. I experienced the first restful sleep I’ve had in a long time…no medication needed. Lesson learned: I waited far too long to get my massage. I will try not to do that again.

Kim changed my perspective on massages. I previously thought they were for vacation and special occasions until I meet Kim at Mellow Out Massages. She educated me on how a regular massage routine would help to reduce my athletic injures, muscle soreness, neck pain and foot pain that I would experience every so often. So now, I make sure to get a massage on a regular basis and whenever I’m on the east coast, my first stop is to see Kim and treat my body to a much needed massage. Her shop is very relaxing, very clean and has an ambiance that you wish you could take home!

Kim’s ability to keep a calm and relaxing presence while also keeping you informed on what she’s doing and even what you can do at home for muscle relief made the experience better than any I’ve had before her. I appreciate how she takes her time to make sure whatever ache you came in with - you don’t leave with! I cant recommend her enough!!
