Touching hands are not like pharmaceuticals or scalpels. They are like flashlights in a darkened room. The medicine they administer is self-awareness. - Deane Juhan

Welcome—I'm glad you're here!

I'm a licensed massage therapist and completed a 700+ hour massage therapy program in May 2025, with training in modalities such as Swedish massage, trigger point therapy, and sports massage, alongside studies in kinesiology, anatomy, physiology, and ethics.

Before massage, I spent over 15 years in the mental health treatment field, using storytelling in various ways to break down complex topics in order to support understanding and connection—particularly for people navigating serious mental illness.

My bodywork practice is an extension of that same intention. I aim to create space—space to pause, notice, and make sense of what is happening in the body. I bring a calm, curious presence and a deep respect for the wise and sometimes surprising ways our bodies hold, mirror, or express lived experience.

Outside the treatment room, I enjoy various movement and creative practices: hiking, CrossFit, yin yoga, rock climbing, cooking, and reading and writing poetry. These are ways I keep my body and mind challenged and engaged in my own process, which in turn shapes how I show up for others.

Whether you're seeking support, relief, or simply a quiet space to rest, I approach each session with a commitment to meeting you where you are.

REVIEWS for my massage services

Stephanie is wonderful, and I am already planning to go back. I only ranked skill as 4 star because I know she is fairly new to MT as her profession and did not want to mislead anyone. She has lots of history with body work and I feel SO MUCH better the day after. I am looking forward to trying SMT with her as well. HIGHLY Recommend.

Stephanie is a personable and compassionate masseuse who works hard to create a welcoming space to relax and let go. Her knowledge of the human anatomy is impressive and helpful to me when explaining where my pain originates. I also find her online booking system super helpful and easy. I would definitely recommend her. T Johnson
