Cedric Johnson

I am a 2008 graduate from The Monterey Institute of Touch (MIT), in Mid-Carmel Valley, after having a career in property management. As an athletic individual I have seen firsthand how important it is to receive massage for both relaxation and for therapeutic reasons.  MIT has given me exceptional skills in Sports Massage, Swedish Massage and Therapeutic Deep Tissue Massage.

I approach my sessions to meet the client's needs and preferences, from deep pressure to gentle work; from specific pain relief to general relaxation. I help my clients learn body awareness, stress reduction, and active self-care, so they receive the full benefits of massage after each therapeutic session.

I am a Monterey native and have been practicing massage locally for 11 years. I am dual certified; my first coming from Walnut Creek, and my second from Monterey Institute of Touch located in Carmel Valley.  I have had a passion for massage since I was very young.  As my education in massage has grown, so has my desire to help promote health and well being to ones specific needs.  i enjoy working with all different modalities including relaxation, Thai, sports, injury, and deep tissue.  Your body deserves a chance to reach its Peak Performance!

Deonna Crowder

I am a 2007 graduate of National Holistic Institute. I moved to Monterey to peruse my massage career. The modalities I enjoy providing are Hot Stone Massage, Swedish massage, Trigger Point, and Reflexology.
