With over twenty years of experience, I’ve worked with Rutgers Athletics/Football Team, NFL and other athletes, to help them perform at higher levels, as well as people who have stress/anxiety/depression, and those who are struggling with pain management.

I’m certified in Orthopedic Massage and trained in a number of different modalities including Sports Massage, Breathwork, Neural Reset Technique, Quantum Alignment Technique, Polarity Therapy, Neuro Linguistic Programming, meditation, life, health, and wellness coaching. My aim is to help you achieve greater productivity, mobility, and a more positive outlook on life by releasing your physical and emotional burdens.
