Each session is individually curated to your specific needs at the time of your service, as I draw from my ever-growing knowledge of touch techniques: Medical Massage, Swedish Massage, Deep Tissue Massage, Trigger Point Release, Myofascial Release, Marma Point Massage, Shiatsu, Massage Cupping, Sound vibration therapy, and Meditation.
