After three years of practicing as an Aethetician, and my clients all telling how deeply they where able to relax during the massage part of the facial, I thought I could provide the same or a deeper level of relaxation to my clients with a full body massage. I attended the Massage Therapy Program at Asnuntuck Community College in Enfield, Connecticut. While there I completed 100 hours of massage clinic. During clinic I was able to put into practice the numerous massage modalities I learned in class. I am currently able to provide Swedish, Deep Pressure, Trigger Point, Prenatal, Infant, and Geriatric Massage. Massage can help to improve sports performance, aid in recovery, prevent and eliminate injuries, reduce stress, and even enhance metabolism and circulation.
