I've been a Licensed Massage Practitioner since May of 2004. I was introduced to the practice of massage as a young child by my grandmother. She taught me the value of touch and every person's need for manual therapy as an integral part of the healing process. 

I graduated from Ashmead School of Massage in 2004 and continued to expand my skill set through continuing education. I focused on massage techniques useful for women during pregnancy, labor, and post partum. These techniqes have become an invaluable part of my healing procedure for many disorders from low back and hip pain to carpal tunnel syndrome to migranies.

I use a wide range of modalities including Swedish massage, deep-tissue, Craniosacral Therapy, and myofascial release techniques to treat chronic pain and injury including whiplash and fibromyalgia. I also provide therapeutic relaxation and tension relief for pregnant and nursing mothers, women who are disabled and are unable to travel for therapy, and seniors.  I have found that the techniques I have learned can be applied to women of all ages and at all stages of life. Each massge treatment is carefully tailored to meet the specific needs of each woman as we work toward her goals of health and wellbeing.
