Sometimes, we rely only on our physical vision and our analytical mind to help us determine what is best for us in any capacity. Holistic health and healing involve learning to listen to your body on different levels, to learn to interpret what it's telling you, and ultimately, learn to make choices that serve your greatest good, as well as those of the lives you touch or influence.

Loved her! She listened to what I needed. Sweet and kind. Very passionate about her work and you as a person. . She’s compassionate and understanding if I request certain pressure or if I want to do target areas instead of full body. Also it was a plus for me that she is a Reiki Master and can intuitively do some healing during the massage. Oh what a treat! ! Excellent techniques and excellent with deep work on your feet!! She’s Very nurturing. I Highly Recommend Joy !????

I’ve been there 5 times and each time I leave relaxed and happy. My neck and shoulder blades have issues. After my deep tissue I get full range of motion back. Joy did a great job as does Marilia.
