Really like Denise. Hate to see her move on (in a selfish way) but glad for her.

Denise has a very professional approach to her work.

The Tech was nice and professional, but lacked what it takes for this type career move. Her hands were shaking the entire time while giving the massage (which by the way was not the case during my interaction with her before the session began.) She is pretty frail and I was more worried that she would harm herself. During the massage as there was a constant popping and snapping sounds coming from her own bones. The massage was weak and amounted to a rub down of lotion. Even with that she was not focused (probably due to the noise in the lobby) jumping areas, and lacking smooth transitions. Needless to say I was not happy. My complaint to management was not even concerning the bad massage as I feel that is a chance one takes by using student therepist verses a licensed one.

She worked the key spots I had requested & worked out kinks that were no picnic. She was quiet and most professional.

Denise did a very good job on my massage.

Denise did a great job on my back and legs. So much relief all over when she was done.
