The Tech was nice and professional, but lacked what it takes for this type career move.
Her hands were shaking the entire time while giving the massage (which by the way was not the case during my interaction with her before the session began.)
She is pretty frail and I was more worried that she would harm herself. During the massage as there was a constant popping and snapping sounds coming from her own bones.
The massage was weak and amounted to a rub down of lotion. Even with that she was not focused (probably due to the noise in the lobby) jumping areas, and lacking smooth transitions.
Needless to say I was not happy. My complaint to management was not even concerning the bad massage as I feel that is a chance one takes by using student therepist verses a licensed one.
