Sylvie has been a Registered Massage Therapist since 2001. 

After graduating from a 3 year Massage therapy program in Fredericton NB, she moved to Montreal where she successfully owned and operated a Massage Therapy Studio located in a busy and well known establishment. In 2006 She decided to move home to be closer to her family.

During her career, Sylvie has been exposed to a variety of different ailments. These range from sports related injuries to postural imbalances and other chronic conditions. Her experience and her years of practice aides in better assessing clients issues and establishing a treatment goal that focus on immediate relief and long term solutions to achieve optimal health.


In her massage therapy practice, Sylvie integrates different massage modalities together for a customized session whether it is for pain alleviation, injury rehab, event training and or for regular maintenance. She specializes in deep tissue, myofascial technique, Trigger point release, cupping and pregnancy massage. These modalities allow her to work with the client and provide that individual with a unique approach to their care.
