Massage Therapy - 750 hours
I have treated the causes of frozen shoulder for four years. I am experienced in how to treat this condition with minimal pain and maximum results.
I specialize in the treatment of TMJ and offer a massage that works intra-oral and extra-oral including the back at the shoulders and the neck, as these are all related to the problem.
Having personally suffered with this excruciatingly painful condition for two and a half years, trying everything from physical therapy to cortisone injections to a nerve block - all ineffective to treat the cause - I have developed a plan of action for how to treat plantar fasciitis.
I am trained in the application of silicone and plastic cups to treat pain and range of motion issues.
Ashiatsu Barefoot massage is a massage where the therapist uses their feet to perform the massage. Ashiatsu Barefoot massage is the deepest deep tissue massage available, BUT...you are typically NOT sore the next day!
Ashiatsu meets stretch therapy. The main goal of stretch therapy is to make the client more aware of their habits of movement and more comfortable in their bodies with less compensation. This session is designed to create a positive change in client's movement.
