My training is in deep tissue, neuromuscular and integrative massage. I offer quality body work that unwinds bound up restrictions held in the muscles deep tissues of the body. I have nineteen years of experience as a professional massage therapist and over 1,200 hours of massage training. As a full time massage therapist I have given over eight thousand therapeutic massages, and have met with many different people with various health issues.
