My name is Jessica Wokes, and I am a Remedial Massage Therapist working at Enigma Clinic & Spa in Fredericton NB. I have been practicing since graduation in 2012 from the Wellington College of Remedial Massage Therapy. I have worked in many different settings, including both Spa and Clinic atmospheres. I've worked alongside Physiotherapists, Chiropractors, Athletic Therapists, Osteopathic Students and more. I have taken many courses over the last 8 years to give my clients a well rounded treatment. I have a fond fascination with Women's health and how I can help to optimize her wellbeing throughout the many stages of her life. Some of the courses I've taken include; Myofascial Release of the Pelvis - the John. F. Barnes series, Pregnant Pelvis, and Arvigo® Maya Abdominal Therapy. I encourage everyone to experience the Mayan way of massage at least once in your life. You will love it!!
I also enjoy fitness and health/ wellness and have taken courses to compliment my interests including; Rib mobilization, Rock tape, Rock floss, Rock blades, Rock pods.
I believe movement is key to a healthy life. even if that is walking around the block or your home. Just get up and move.. and Drink your Water!!
PLEASE NOTE: I am a Remedial Massage Therapist, NOT a Registered Massage Therapist. This means, I am currently in the process of getting my Qualification to pass the exam to offer receipts for insurances. I am NOT currently covered by insurances until the examination process is finalized. some time in 2021 (thanks covid)

The massage, and the rock tape seem to make a big difference to my hip pain and improves my ability to walk for longer periods of time with out playing out as much.
