Ten years ago I received my first professional, therapeutic massage - and it truly changed the trajectory of my life. I felt hopeful again, more comfortable in my skin, in far less pain, and my spirit was more at peace. I couldn't stop thinking about having a career that could potentially do the same for other people. So in 2011 I completed an Associates of Applied Science degree in Massage Therapy from Northwestern Health Sciences University. For the past 8 years I have had the honor of partnering with clients to support their health and wellness through effective, evidence-based massage therapy delivered with compassion, respect and unconditional acceptance. I am very excited to start my private practice at Life Healing Life; it's a beautiful, intentional, and conscientious space to relax, rehabilitate, refresh, and renew.
