My journey through the healing arts began right out of high school as Nationally Certified Personal Trainer. With a deep involvement in sports supplements, and a dedication to natural methods, I quickly gravitated toward Herbal Medicine. I became an Herbalist in Western and Eastern traditions, which I still avidly practice today. One day while working at an herb shop, I met who would become my lifelong mentor in Biodynamic Craniosacral Therapy. He works mostly with concussion and mild traumatic brain injuries. After seeing the drastic and life changing results of this work, I decided to expand my repertoire into bodywork. I graduated from East West College of the Healing Arts and became a Licensed Massage Therapist. Along the way, I further developed my education by becoming a Qigong Coach in a Tibetan Shamanic tradition, as well as a Meditation Facilitator in Taoist and Vipassana lineages.
My pursuits in the healing arts are motivated by a genuine care for people. I consider it an honor to bring ease into people’s lives. I am happy to offer Massage Therapy, Herbal Medicine, Movement Therapy, and Meditation guidance. I welcome you wholeheartedly into my practice and I look forward to serving you.
