My approach to therapeutic massage is based on the client's needs, whether for focus work relating to auto, sports and work injuries, increasing range of motion, improving optimum athletic performance, managing pain, or general stress reduction. I am passionate about helping individuals reach their maximum potential in daily life and athletic endeavors, regardless of age. My sessions are guided by the client's health history, current issue, and ultimate expectations. My modalities include Swedish Massage, Deep Tissue, Trigger Point/Neuromuscular Therapy, Sports Massage, and Chair Massage. I have a Bachelor of Arts degree from the University of Portland, am an avid golfer who enjoys helping clients add distance to their drives and stamina to their game. An outdoor enthusiast, my family and I love to spend our free time camping in the Oregon Cascades, Montana, and the Oregon Coast.

Very impressed with John's skill level. My muscles responded well to his techniques and I definitely felt a huge difference with my posture and thw way I moved after our session.
