I was born and raised in sunny San Diego, but fell head over heels in love with Portland the first time I visited. When the opportunity presented itself to make a change, I left behind the cubicle life to pursue my passion for massage. I graduated from East West College of Healing Arts in 2010 and have been living my Northwest dream ever since! 

I want to help my clients connect their mind and soul with their physical bodies, and tune into themselves. My job is not just working with muscles, but the whole person, by integrating therapeutic massage with education, and using clean, natural products. I believe that bodywork doesn't have to hurt to be effective! Tissues will respond best when the whole body is relaxed. 

When not helping people reach their wellness goals, I love being with my husband and raising our toddler, digging in the dirt, and building with LEGO.
