My massage work is a blend of various techniques that support the release of deep muscular tension and encourage profound relaxation.  I work at the level your body needs to alleviate acute pain while also assessing your body as a system, to correct alignment and postural holding patterns that often create chronic pain and discomfort.  The basis of my work is in Structural Integration and Craniosacral therapy, and also includes Swedish massage, Neuromuscular Release technique, Connective Tissue therapy, and Reiki. Additionally, I am a trained Somatic therapist, basing most of my work in the Hakomi method, and use these skills to support the integration of the body, mind, and emotions as they arise in the experience of the bodywork session.
