Hello
I graduated from Asheville School of Massage and Yoga in 2009. My unique style of massage, a hybrid of deep, therapeutic pressure coupled with long, fluid, finishing strokes offers the body relief, healing and rejuvenation. I'm also trained in Pre-natal and hot stone massage. I believe that bodywork, coupled with sound nutrition and exercise is the trifecta for a balanced and fruitful existence.

I had a 1 hour therapeutic massage that I was given as a gift after having a baby. I thought it would be a great break where I could relax. Jessica told me her name and asked if I wanted her to focus on anything but seemed generally unfriendly. She didn't smile or ask if I had every been there before. Overall everything she did was great but each movement was very fast. I'm used to slow pressure and not quick spurts. She did incorporate hot stones which I appreciated but again, very very fast movements. When she first started, get hands were ice cold and which was a bit of a shock to the system in a warm room on a warm table. Not relaxing but felt decent.
Maybe it was an off day? I didn't think I'll go back....

She is amazing. Jessica remembers all the areas that I would like to focus on. She is amazing at explaining things to me and asking questions. Jessica allows me to set the mood for my massage and always makes me feel comfortable in my body. Honestly, she is the best and the reason I keep coming back.
