Hello

I graduated from Asheville School of Massage and Yoga in 2009. My unique style of massage, a hybrid of deep, therapeutic pressure coupled with long, fluid, finishing strokes offers the body relief, healing and rejuvenation. I'm also trained in Pre-natal and hot stone massage. I believe that bodywork, coupled with sound nutrition and exercise is the trifecta for a balanced and fruitful existence.

Perhaps one of the worst massages that I have ever received. Jessica was not super present with the massage, just kind of going through the motions with light pressure. I repeated my request for deeper work twice, and while she responded - it lasted only a few minutes, and she returned to a fairly light depth of pressure. How many times should one need to ask for deeper pressure? In hindsight I felt like I should have gotten up and left in the middle of the massage... but I have a hard time being rude.
