Hello

I graduated from Asheville School of Massage and Yoga in 2009. My unique style of massage, a hybrid of deep, therapeutic pressure coupled with long, fluid, finishing strokes offers the body relief, healing and rejuvenation. I'm also trained in Pre-natal and hot stone massage. I believe that bodywork, coupled with sound nutrition and exercise is the trifecta for a balanced and fruitful existence.
