I graduated from Oregon School of Massage completing the 640 hour program focused on Swedish massage. While in school I took a variety of continuing education classes including Thai, shiatsu, cupping, facial cupping, hot stones, pregnancy massage, tension headache treatment, and trigger point therapy. I love blending eastern and western styles into my work. I believe true health includes not only the physical aspect but also a persons mental and emotional state as well.
