I have been going to Heidi for 15 yrs now and love her!! She is very strong but gentle. She knows how to get in there to relieve sore muscles and release those knots and also gives a lovely relaxing massage. I moved over an hour away and still make the drive - she’s that good!

I would highly recommend Heidi as a massage therapist. She is knowledgeable about the body and her skills are multifaceted. I was in pain before my massage and pain free after due to the relaxation of my muscles and the peace I experienced during the treatment.

Everything about time with Heidi is amazing. She is a very skilled massage therapist who asks good questions and encourages you to be specific in what you would like. Heidi has a lovely, calm energy about her, and I feel so relaxed during the massage. She works out my kinks, and I leave feeling wonderful. The ambiance of her studio is welcoming and comfortable. I can't recommend Heidi highly enough.
