It's a double edge sword that occurs in everyday life. Yet it consistently comes blaring off our phones and devices that it is hard to avoid being overloaded.

Hi, my name is Sarah Clark, and I may be the right massage therapist for you. I know that road of anxiety and stress rather well, knowing that there must be a way to manage that roaring beast. Yet in college I knew that if I could manage the thrill of stage when all my body wanted to do was run the opposite direction, then I knew there was a way to combat the everyday stress. Through a variety of life experiences, I found myself at home in the field of massage therapy filled with renewed purpose: to aid others into a gentler and healthier state of self that I also practice.

So let's set the scene to get you into your best mode today. After all, you are the lead actor in the movie of your life, and I'm a supporting side character who is there to give you a nudge in the right way. Are you looking for a relaxing scene with Swedish massage, stimulating yet also lulling you into the 'Zone'? Or maybe you are looking for a more thoughtful muscle manipulation in a Deep Tissue session? Then again, you may be craving an intuitive touch of Reflexology or Shiatsu.

Either way, it is your choice, your body. Here is your cue to find that right massage for you today.

Very calming and soothing atmosphere. The masseuse was responsive to the amount of pressure requested. Would go again.

Sarah C. has been very pleasant, courteous, and concerned and inquisitive about my wellbeing each time I visit. She analyzed my condition and focussed her efforts to alleviate those issues. Going in I was tense, knotted up, and in pain - leaving I was relaxed and pain free with greatly improved range of motion and flexibility. Sarah is my choice in massage for wellbeing!

Sarah was sweet. But I got the idea that she wasn’t trained. I asked questions and she was vague. I didn’t see any credentials. And her technique was mediocre. I felt like I had a nice back rub. But that’s it. Disappointed. Was hoping I found a good local place to cone regularly. I woke up with sore neck.

Sarah was very specific to finding what she could best do to make me comfortable and target areas I felt needed to be worked on. I had a great experience!

The massage was good, at times I felt more oil could have been used, I'm a hairy guy and so it sort of pulled my hair a bit of times. The person giving my massage had shoes on, which would squeak from time to time, so it was a bit distracting. I'm being a bit picky, but again, I feel great after the massage, just a couple of nit picky things I think I expect when I pay $155 for 90 minute deep tissue. I live in a very expensive area of NJ (Short Hills) and I pay about $150 for a 90 minute deep tissue at very nice Spa's in this area, hence I noticed those differences such as squeaky shoes or the need for some more oil. etc. Overall, very good massage, body feels great and pretty nice facilities as well.
