Lexy is a professional! She is highly skilled at her craft and understands when to apply deep or gentle pressure to a tight area based on client verbal and non verbal (tensing or not breathing) feedback. As a Physical Therapist and Athletic Trainer I need a massage therapist that can work on my body similar to if I could do it myself. Lexy was able to release fascial bands that I just cannot get to on my own.
