Nicole always asks questions about your trouble spots and encourages feedback during the session, but otherwise lets it be a quiet, healing space.

All of it. 100%

What she does really well is listen to her customers. Every session she asks me how my ailments have been. She’ll follow that up with questions about what I do or don’t want during the massage for my comfort. Extremely professional and caring about your needs.

Nicole always asks if there are any particular issues that you would like her to address during the session and listens to you so she can adjust what is done to your needs. There are no "cookie cutter" sessions at Balanced Massage. Nicole will change techniques/applications during a session if anything is uncomfortable. She also makes suggestions at the end of a session to help extend the effects of the massage and to help stay in tune until the next appointment. A great overall experience.

I've been to a couple massage therapists in the area. By far she's the best. She is very knowledgeable and empathetic . Always leave there feeling better

Before each sessions she asks about any issues that need addressing and she works accordingly.
