I began my massage therapist journey when I was looking for a career change. I am happy to say, I fell in love with massage.  I have always been an empathetic person, but it was never clear how I could help the people I met that were in pain.  Massage has given me a safe place to share compassion, empathy, and help relieve pain and suffering. It's gratifying to know that I can help the clients that trust me with their vulnerability.

It's gratifying to know that I can help the clients that trust me with their vulnerability.

I have over 1,000 hours of training in various modalities and continue to seek out new techniques and information to improve my skills. When a client is unsure of what they want, I will combine different techniques to help achieve their goals, whether it be relaxation or pain relief. My favorite techniques are Neuro-muscular Therapy, Swedish, Deep Tissue, Cupping and Acupressure.
