Julie brings over 15 years of massage experience to Alpenglow Massage. Her experience ranges from 5 star resorts in Calistoga, CA to remote, private ranches in Wyoming and Colorado. She also has worked with chiropractors, junior elite bicycle teams and hundreds of skiers and snowboarders from professional to beginner.

Julie brings over 15 years of massage experience to Alpenglow Massage. Her experience ranges from 5 star resorts in Calistoga, CA to remote, private ranches in Wyoming and Colorado. She also has worked with chiropractors, junior elite bicycle teams and hundreds of skiers and snowboarders from professional to beginner. 

She enjoys the diversity that a mobile business brings to her practice and meeting people from all over the world. 
Her massage incorporates the clients needs with a focus on deep tissue, sports, Swedish, breathing techniques and reflexology.                                                                                          She is an avid telemark and nordic skier herself (which helps when working on her clients and in knowing the body) she also enjoys snow running and hiking in the winter. 

In addition to massage, Julie is also a certified yoga instructor. She began her practice in Ashtanga then went to India in 2014 to study Hatha yoga and meditation. She enjoys teaching small groups of 1-4 people and especially new comers.
