Had a great massage! Ryan really knows what he’s doing — super knowledgeable and skilled, especially with trigger point work. I left feeling totally relaxed and refreshed. Also, he’s really easy to talk to and made the whole experience comfortable and pleasant. Highly recommend if you're looking for both relief and relaxation!

Before my appointment I had so much tension in my neck and so many knots in my shoulders and back. I felt like my upper body was compressed. After the 30 minute treatment I experienced such relief. It was like Ryan opened up that compression and my body felt free if that makes any sense. I definitely recommend giving massage therapy at Vitality a try if you are experiencing pain and discomfort.
