Very little pressure if any. Didn’t even address any of the issue areas I put down. Just spent a lot of time on one area. Asked questions about things I would’ve thought she knew, and got no direct answers. For the money paid it wasn’t worth it. Just felt like a back rub, even did the “karate chops” on the muscles like you’d get in a Mall chair massage. Should’ve just went to the mall and sat in the chair. Would’ve cost a lot less money. Sorry, just my recommendation on my personal experience. Scott Reed
