I first starting doing massage for friends and family and then decided I enjoyed working with people to improve how they felt. I was encouraged to go to school and get some more education and become a professional massage therpist.
I then enrolled in the U.S.Career Institute in Fort Collins CO. It was a great experience . I learned many different modalities. I really enjoy doing deep work and modalities such as Active Resistance Technique and Myofascial work. I am at this time taking more classes on Myofascial so I can continue to grow and learn more
This work has worked great for relaxing tight and restricted muscles.

I have also noticed how much people enjoy having their feet worked on so I went to International Institute for Reflexology in St Petersburg Fl and learned how to practice Reflexology. It is so amazing seeing things that improve through this work.

My Practice "TOUCH" is at 1330 Exchange Street Suite 105 in Middlebury Vermont. This is McDaniel Chiropractic and I have a room at this practice.

Just a small bit of info about my life outside of massage and reflexology :
My husband and I have 4 children and 10 grandchildren. We lead very active and busy lives and of course massage does tend to help with that .
We also have a small farm where we enjoy some sheep horses chickens Peking Ducks and of course some cats dogs and birds. I am a true animal lover and have worked for the shelter in town and continue to support and foster them and all the work they do.
I love to Kayak,bike and run and also love to work with friends to meet their goals ( and mine) in these sports. I find there is so much pleasure in time spent with friends and family.
