Tanyel Thomas ERYT 200 , RYT 500 

I currently teach at various studios and fitness facilities in the Metro Detroit area. I specialize in Yin yoga , also the therapeutic use of yoga in relation the trauma , chronic illness , and PTSD. I am certified in Core Strength Vinyasa with Sadie Nardini. I am also a recent graduate of the 300 hour YTP at William Beaumont School of Medicine. 

I assist in the teacher training program at Hippie Yoga. I have a passion for teaching. It is my goal in every practice whether with students or fellow teachers to facilitate a dialog between that person and their body, both on and off the mat.
