Lindsay's work in massage therapy is rooted with a strong focus centered around women's health and providing her services to women throughout pregnancy and beyond. She has been involved with the local birthing community since her first pregnancy and childbirth, to educate current and future Moms on the importance and benefit of massage during and after pregnancy. While specializing in women's health relating to massage therapy, she also loves to provide massage and bodywork the general population as well.
She began this journey into massage therapy in 2008 at The Soma Institute, Clinical Massage Therapy school in Chicago, after finding herself less the completely happy as a restaurant manager.
After her aunt was diagnosed with breast cancer, she sought relief from pain and an ability to relax with massage therapy. Her aunt's experience was the spark that prompted Lindsay to pursue her passion for helping people through an emphasis on natural health.
Lindsay provides Woman Centered Bodywork at Sacred Dunes Alternative Health and is currently undergoing aromatherapy certification through Aromahead Institute.
