My purpose is to help people improve their quality of life and promote health and wellness to my clients at all levels (physical, emotional, mental, and spiritual) by helping them to relieve pain and feel more relaxed, minimizing their stress levels.

I perform Relaxation Massage, Prenatal and Postnatal Massage, Foot Reflexology, Lymphatic Drainage, Shiatsu, Reiki. Also use Aromatherapy, Hot Stones and Himalayan Stone, and am constantly adding new techniques and tools.
