Nathaniel Galliford holds a Bachelor of Science in Kinesiology from Anderson University in South Carolina. During his undergraduate work, Nathaniel was a collegiate baseball player and received several honors including First Team All Conference, and First Team All State for the NCAA DII/NAIA schools.
Nathaniel was also able to complete his internship at Clemson University where he worked with the Men and Women’s Strength and Conditioning programs for basketball.

Following graduation, Galliford continued his educational and professional development by becoming a Certified Strength and Conditioning Specialist (CSCS) and Certified Personal Trainer (CPT) through the National Strength and Conditioning Association (NSCA). He also graduated from Educating Hands School of Massage and is now a Licensed Massage Therapist in the state of Florida. Nathaniel’s knowledge and education has been influenced by instructors Judy Delany, Neuromuscular therapy, and Aaron Mattes, Active Isolated Stretching (AIS): The Mattes Method. Galliford has spent the last year completing the required courses to become a certified AIS practitioner. He has also spent numerous hours hands on in the Mattes clinic to observe and master the skills required to be an effective AIS therapist.
