I cannot recommend Chris enough. As a bodybuilder currently deep into posing practice and prep, I had been struggling with a ton of tightness and tension throughout my back, lats, and abdomen. I noticed one shoulder sitting much higher than the other, my lats felt extremely restricted, and it was becoming really difficult to properly expand and hit my lat spread poses. After just my first session with Chris, I noticed a huge difference not only in how my body felt, but also in my physique, symmetry, breathing, and posing overall. I immediately felt less restricted, my lats were able to open up much better, and I could physically see improvements in my posture and positioning. Chris is incredibly professional, knowledgeable, and intentional with his work. His energy makes you feel comfortable the entire session, and the ambiance was amazing as well. If you’re dealing with tightness, tension, mobility issues, recovery needs, or you’re an athlete/bodybuilder looking to improve performance and movement quality, I highly recommend booking with him. I’ll definitely be continuing my sessions with him moving forward.

One of the best massages I’ve had—professional, skilled, and very attentive. He delivers strong, effective deep tissue work and knows exactly how to target tension while keeping the pressure perfect. I left feeling relaxed, loose, and noticeably better.
