Damaris has a background in both medical & spa settings, initially studying and becoming professionally licensed in both Physical Therapy and Therapeutic Massage before integrating a more holistic approach into the healing work she does.
She is a dual Reiki Master (Usui and Tummo), and has extensively studied several Myofascial Release techniques through continuing education courses with John F. Barnes since 2002. She has also studied various spiritual modalities, such as theta healing, psychic mediumship and Akashic records readings.
Damaris has always been naturally intuitive & empathic, qualities she embraces into the whole Mind-Body-Spirit philosophy while helping others through emotional and relationship counseling, channeled messages, chakra balancing and guided meditation.
She is excellent at helping anyone almost immediately de-stress, purify, release and transform.
The energy and presence she brings forth is powerful and loving.
Damaris is available in person or over the phone; She also does group sessions.
