My passion is to help people live their life in away they aren't trying to get through the day. My passion is to use a mixture of relaxa and treatment. Healing for me is not always about just the body, stress on your body can hinder the healing process. I enjoy working within a range of modalities that best fit my clients needs.

Trisha is excellent at what she does, will find the tininest sore spot on your body and work on it to release the soreness. I book 90 minutes I wish it was longer. I am so glad that for a small town Mexico N.Y. we have a massage therapist that is great. Can't wait for the next 90 minute session. Would recommend highly. Thank You Trisha, Frank Duer

My first appointment with Trisha was fabulous. She makes a great first impression, is very kind and radiates such a peaceful vibe. The session was phenomenal, providing a restorative and calming experience for me. Highly recommend!

As for changing from 60 to 90 minutes best change I made will most likely not go back to 60 minutes. That extra 30 minutes just makes you feel so relaxed I didn't want to leave. As for Trisha she makes you feel very comfortable, she is so good at her craft. She washes all you tension away from head to toe. can't say enough about her, Trisha is great period. Just went to Trisha for the first time yesterday. It was amazing. She used the perfect amount of pressure to both make me feel relaxed and ease my tense muscles. She was very nice and professional. Will definitely be back.

Trish has learned what my body needs and addresses the problems. Sometimes a bit painful but relaxing also. I appreciate her precautions after opening back up. I highly recommend her.
