I have been practicing massage therapy since 2013. In addition to being a LMT, I am also a Certified Holistic Health Practitioner (CHHP). My certifications include Complementary & Alternative Medicine, Holistic & Integrative Health, and Meditation. The three most commonly used modalities that I incorporate in to my practice are Neuromuscular Therapy, Myofascial Release, and Swedish Massage. Each session is customized to the clients individual needs after a thorough intake and evaluation is complete. Occasionally, post session, I will follow up with some suggestions for the client to do on their own for further progression to optimal health; stretches and/or light weight training if needed. I also offer a selection of add on’s to compliment bodywork. These include: Aromatherapy using CPTG (certified pure therapeutic grade) oils, Reiki, Cupping, and a Dual Layer Detox treatment using an FDA approved BioMat. I specialize in working with clients who experience pain in their necks or backs. Often the culprit is a muscular imbalance brought on by an injury, poor posture, or too much time sitting. I help relax tired, overstressed muscles that are pulling bones out of alignment and bring them back to a more natural, healthy and flexible state.
