Listened. She is a great listener. And talked through some complex contractures snd bands I have. Her pressure was perfect and I can say I walked away feeling amazing and the next day I am so grateful for the pain relief 🙏🏼💟🕉

Everything was amazing. I especially love the hot towel placed under my head/neck. Also, the Eucalyptus drops placed in the face rest before we start keeps my sinuses from getting clogged up!!! Thank you!!! 😊

I can't say enough how highly satisfied and impressed I was with Sidney. She knew what I needed more than I did and painlessly worked out so many of my knots. It was GLORIOUS! This is exactly the experience I had hoped for and can't wait to see Sidney again!

Sidney did something that many therapists don’t do....listen to me. She paid attention to what I was saying so she could target my areas of tension perfectly. She is amazing!
