Through massage we can create balance in the body and mind.

I do mostly deep tissue work, but I also like to educate my clients that deep tissue does not always mean painful. There is a fine balance of releasing muscles I like to refer to this as the hurt so good feeling. I never want you to be in agonizing pain that is not the goal. My goal is for you to leave feeling better then when you came in, you may experience soreness depending how deep we worked, but it will subside with increased water intake and Epsom salt bath.

Casey was amazing. She was very professional and didn't over talk to you during the massage allowing you to fully relax. After though was very personable and kind. Definitely would recommend her to anyone looking for a massage.
