I enjoy incorporating different types of modalities in each session and am trained in the following: therapeutic massage, Swedish massage, relaxation massage, deep tissue massage, sports therapy, cranial sacral therapy, aromatherapy, Ashiatsu Oriental Bar therapy, trigger point therapy, prenatal massage, Lomi Lomi, hot stone massage, reflexology, and reiki.

I am an avid runner and love working on fellow athletes. I know the aches and pains that a runner or athlete can feel. I am ready to help you to the finish line! Being technically educated in the human body, I am also good an intuitively finding where you need extra attention and support.
