Hi My name is ADréa Wells, Licensed Massage Therapist, MA #81740. I am grateful to be part of the Cocoa Beach Health & Fitness Center community, offering massage therapy rooted in nearly 10 years of professional experience. Since graduating from the Space Coast Health Institute in 2016, I have dedicated my practice to helping others restore balance, release tension, and reconnect with their bodies.

     I stay current through continuing education (CEUs required every two years by the Department of Health & Quality Assurance), combining modern techniques and ancient practices in my sessions. My journey began at Cocoa Beach Spa and has since grown into a passion I share with this amazing fitness community, family, and friends.

Through prayer, intention, hands, and heart, I integrate a variety of therapeutic modalities, including:

• Myofascial release and cross-fiber friction
• Reflexology (hands and feet) with a chipate stick tool
• Sports, trigger point, and neuromuscular massage
• Cupping, compressions, and breathwork
• Yoga with Thai assists
• Warm wood/bamboo techniques
  • Eastern-inspired approaches, working along meridian lines with body weight, breath, and gravity

My practice encourages the release of stagnant energy, improves circulation and oxygen flow, enhances range of motion, and helps you feel light, open, and fully present in your body.

My hours are Thursdays from 10 AM to 4 PM.
