I have been practicing massage therapy for 14 years and I continue to learn and refine what I bring to the table. I enjoy bringing different techniques together to assist in the relief of tension and pain. I believe using the breath plays a vital role in unlocking blocks and allowing for energy to flow where it may have been restricted before. I will guide you through our session by using the breath as well as provide you with time after our session to sit quietly and drink some tea, meditate or do a breathing exercise. 

I offer Swedish massage, Aromatherapy, Hot Stone Massage, Cupping as well as light stretching.

Last year I moved from Boise to Spokane. I've lived in Spokane almost a year and have not had a massage since leaving Boise. Last week I happened to visit Boise and reached out in hopes that Shawna could fit me in. She did and I recalled why I have been so reticent to seek out a new therapist in Spokane. The experience with Shawna is beyond therapeautic; it is deeply spiritually nourishing. Each time I visit her I am transported and have visions. I've been getting massages for years - and she is the only one who's hands have had that effect. It is the singular nourishment of healing touch that is deeply and beautifully sensual. It's like the beauty of the most naturally comfortable and safe setting you would find in nature, but as enveloping touch. I cannot recommend this experience highly enough. I will travel back and seek her out each time.

This was, hands-down, the best massage I have ever received. The ambiance was absolutely perfect (sounds, temp, oils, music, and massage bed). I tend to struggle with these most when getting massages, but this was perfect. I actually felt relaxed and comfortable. And Shawna is awesome. You can tell she really cares about your well-being and providing you with a great experience. She provided me with some really great aftercare tips which I haven't really received before and they have made a difference. I will definitely be booking with her again!
