Angela Holmes is a licensed Massage Therapist and Cosmetologist. She has been in the spa/service industry for over 13 years and offers bodywork, skin care, and energy work. Her main focus in the treatment room revolves around relaxation, healthy skin, therapeutic stress relief, and an overall sense of well being for body, mind, and spirit. Angela Holmes is a licensed Massage Therapist and Cosmetologist. She has been in the spa/service industry for over 13 years and offers bodywork, skin care, and energy work. Her main focus in the treatment room revolves around relaxation, healthy skin, therapeutic stress relief, and an overall sense of well being for body, mind, and spirit. She places an emphasis on aromatherapy as a way of promoting the body’s natural energetic vibration to a higher balanced state. 


Modalities that may or may not be used during treatment include, hot stones, trigger point, positional release, Swedish massage, deep tissue, lumbar shiatsu, and reflexology.

If you choose a therapeutic plan, Angela may lead you through breathing exercises and visualization techniques to help relieve stress, anxiety, worry, and fear. These practices help reduce “knots” (bound fascia -the body’s collagen matrix system that holds everything together.) that form and tighten up for many reasons. Reasons may or may not include: repetition of movement, holding patterns, posture, internal and external stress, holding your breath, and diet.

Each client is unique and Angela uses her skill, intuition, and creativity during these sessions to find areas in the body that need pressure, subtle movements, and release.
