Carol’s journey along the path of yoga and Ayurveda spans over a decade and the journey continues to inspire her.  Starting with years of self-study and incorporating an Ayurvedic lifestyle, Carol eventually decided to make a career change and become formally educated and certified in Ayurvedic consultation and ancient body work treatments.  With a passion to enlighten others with the knowledge and healing benefits of Ayurveda, she formed Bodhi Ayurveda, LLC in 2011.


Today, Carol is a Certified Ayurveda Practitioner, Panchakarma Technician and Licensed Massage Therapist. She has a deep love and spiritual relationship with the ancient ayurvedic bodywork. Ayurvedic methods are often integrated into the traditional spa treatments she also offers.  No matter what, each service with Carol is guaranteed to be as divinely unique as you.

Carol's easy going nature. The atmosphere of the space is calming. I only wish it were closer to me :) But it's worth the trip for me to get quality care from someone that loves what she does.

Carol was excellent and taught me much about the method. The oils were very nurturing and relaxing. I do prefer deeper massage but this was very relaxing..
